This is going to be a heck of a bachelor party.

Booked an RV that sleeps 10. Snagged an infield campsite. Flights are booked.

The logistics of collecting 12 twenty-year-olds coming in from different parts of the country and getting them to the track is going to be a nightmare.

Anyone else camped? I’d love to hear some stories or tips. People on Reddit call this the trailer park Bourbon St. I’ve never been to NOLA either.

A guy I once knew worked for Goodyear and they went to Indy with a truck and all sat on top of the truck during the race and at one point, the Goodyear blimp zoomed in on them and they were all on live national television. They and the girls they’d invited up to party with them on top of the trucks. The guys’ wives enjoyed the race and faces were long in the shop on Monday morning.

All I know is the track posts a Twitter thread after each race of the infield debris and people in the know eagerly wait for it. Buy the extra insurance on the RV.
